Early Education

“Dr Dee” has been part of the health and fitness industry for 20 years. After completing his Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science degree in 2004 at Deakin University he decided to dabble in the corporate world. In 2007 he realised his passion and moved into the personal training industry. In 2009 he launched Transcend health and fitness which successfully operated for the next 12 years. 

For the past 15 years Damir has been helping people change their lives as a personal trainer by educating them not only on how to move and train, but also on lifestyle behaviour and habits, along with energy balance and nutrition. He has had many success stories where everyday people have dropped 50+ kgs on the scales or trained on 10+ kgs of muscle by following systemised methods.

After Graduating

Dr Damir discovered his passion for the art of chiropractic with the goal to help patients and athletes be the best versions of themselves and get more out of their everyday lives. Along his journey he has also managed personal achievements at an elite basketball level, and international stages in bodybuilding, and powerlifting. 

By combining 20 years of industry experience and knowledge attained throughout his career, Dr Dee’s mission is to continue expanding his knowledge working along side Dr Stephen, considered as of the best in the business, so he can deliver results driven and life changing treatments to patients from all walks of life.
